Sign up for the Throw Back Advantage as part of your TBT merchant agreement. Your coverage begins immediately upon enrollment.

2. Call When You Need Us

Equipment acting up? Running low on supplies? Call us at 828-237-3271 during business hours and we’ll take care of it.

3. We Ship, You’re Covered

Supplies ship same day (before 2 p.m. EST). Equipment replacements ship the next business day with a prepaid return label.

Coverage where it Counts

The Throw Back Advantage covers manufacturer defects in equipment supplied by TBT. Like any protection plan, there are a few things that fall outside coverage:

  • Damage from abuse, misuse, fire, earthquake, or other external causes
  • Equipment that has been altered or modified without manufacturer permission
  • Lost or stolen equipment
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that doesn’t affect functionality

Coverage requires an active merchant services account with TBT in good standing. You can cancel anytime by calling us — no cancellation fees.
